Thank you for telling me, Cator told Meeud as he stood. He hoped the younger priest wasn't to shaken. The dream had sounded terrifying, certainly. They were all trained to endure such, if they had. They were Reaves, followers of the god of death. If it was an easy job, more people would do it.

Meeud glanced back at Castor, then looked down. Don't bother, he said, you were just in a certain place at a certain time. Though he supposed, to himself, that he wouldn't really have just spoken to just anyone about this dream. Castor he at least trusted, even if a little more than the others. It surprised him though. He did not trust people as a rule.

Castor shrugged. Meeud was younger, still finishing his trained, but Castor had known him long enough to know that even for a priest of Reave, Meeud had few interaction with other people. He was was glad to have been in the right place at the right time, and he was glad Meeud had told someone at all.

Meeud headed for the main building, hoping to catch one of the High Priests. It would not hurt to check and see if someone was available to listen. or maybe he should just ask his mentor... no, that would not do. His mentor would be mad if Meeud could not figure this out for himself already. Otherwise what had all that training been for? Grimacing, Meeud checked to see Castor was following him. At least someone seems to support me, he thought.

Castor climbed to his feet and tucked his book under his arm. He took a few quick steps to catch up to Meeud. Check in the sanctuary first, he advised. Their head priest could often be found there. Otherwise, she might be in her personal chambers, or out of the temple.

Oh, right, sanctuary, he thought pausing and looking around him. Where was that again? He remembered, and changed direction, heading for the sanctuary now. That's right, she usually goes there this time of day. He was never sure what for, but it was never his place to pry into such things to begin with. Meeud did not feel hurried to go seek out this person. If anything, he felt rather hesitant and unsure of himself. Dream walking was supposed to be his focus of study, and here he was going to a master for help. But maybe it was how real and close and personal the dream felt that it disturbed him so. Hopefully the head priest would understand.
